General conditions
All fee statements are to be paid within 30 days in Kortrijk. Any unpaid amount will be increased, legally and without prior notice, by 1% interest for each month begun plus a flat-rate compensation payment of 10%. Only Belgian law applies and in the case of a dispute the courts of Kortrijk or another court of the lawyer’s choice shall be authorised to rule. Unless agreed otherwise, the contractual relationship exists only between the client and the lawyer and professional single-individual company respectively, to the exclusion of all other parties. Any liability is limited to the amount covered by the liability insurance. Information about this insurance policy can be obtained by a simple written request.
